This article shares how to identify your skin type so that you can choose the proper skin care! Your skin might even change seasonally so I hope these tips will help you figure out what kind of skin your working with so you can find the best products to use.

Signs of Dry Skin

Skin Care Dry

Do you have Dry Skin?

Here are some signs:
-no oiliness
-can feel tight or itchy
-fine lines more noticeable
-may be red or rough
-small pores
-visible flaking

It is important to use the right products to help combat any dryness in your skin so that you can get it back to feeling hydrated and soft

If you are looking for a new anti-aging system that actually works, I of course can help  Ours come with a 3-in-1 cleanser, a day moisturizer, and and evening moisturizer.

Signs of Normal to Dry Skin

Skin Care Normal to Dry

Do you have normal to dry skin? Your skin is right in between Normal and Dry if:

-no oil in “T” zone
-generally healthy appearance
-clear with even texture
-may have occasional tightness or flaking
-small to medium pores

Our Normal to Dry collection includes: 3-in-1 cleanser, Day moisturizer, and Evening moisturizer.

Signs of Normal to Oily Skin

Is your skin Normal to Oily? Here are some signs:

-oily “T” zone
-generally healthy appearance with occasional breakouts
-pores are medium to large
-skin can appear shiny or oily feeling

So here’s what I would do if you have this skin type – I would consider our Normal to Oily skin care line (3-in-1 cleanser, day moisturizer, evening moisturizer) PLUS adding on our Spot-On treatment from the acne line that you can use to treat those occasional blemishes. Spot-on is seriously the most magical secret weapon I have ever used!! I actually will test out different skincare systems occasionally, from other direct sales companies, high-end lines from Sephora, brands from Target, etc. I am telling you – this skincare and makeup snob brags about SeneGence products for a REASON.

Signs of Oily to Acne Skin

You know you have oily to acne skin, like me, if:

-your skin is shiny and oily
-blemish prone
-visible discoloration
-enlarged pores
-visible blemishes

I’ve shared my personal results before because before I started using SeneGence products, yet after years of clear skin, I suddenly started breaking out last winter and it was sad. So while I never considered my skin Acne Prone, now I do. Yet, since using our Acne Line I rarely break out lol so I stick with it because well, it works!

The biggest misconception when you have oily skin is that you shouldn’t use moisturizers because you don’t want to add more of that oily feeling onto your skin but it is the complete opposite. When your skin is properly moisturized, it doesn’t feel the need to overproduce oil itself so don’t be afraid of a good evening moisturizer
